What is Robotic Maneuver and How is it Performed?
Robotic Maneuver is a fully automated repositioning treatment applied to return displaced calcium carbonate crystals in inner ear canals back to their correct position in BPPV.
In traditional manual maneuvers, the patient is rotated manually by the physician. In Robotic Maneuver Chair (RMS) systems, the patient is seated in a safety-locked chair and rotated automatically at precise angles and controlled speeds via computer command.
